When you request a quote, submit an inquiry, or place an order, we collect: name, email address, phone number, country, company name (if provided), and the content of documents submitted for translation.
Payment is processed exclusively through Stripe. We do not receive, store, or process your card details. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant and responsible for payment data security.
Server logs record IP addresses, browser types, and page access times for security and diagnostic purposes. Retained 30 days.
Documents submitted for translation are treated as strictly confidential. They are shared only with the translator assigned to your project, who signs a non-disclosure agreement before accessing client materials. We do not use client documents for any other purpose.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email hello@iztranslations.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We respond within 30 days.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Google Fonts for typography. Both have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to third parties.
