These Terms govern services provided by IZ Translations, 7071 Koenig Road, Rome, New York 13440, USA. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
IZ Translations provides translation, localization, and related language services. All deliverables are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
An order is confirmed when Stripe processes your payment. You must be 18 or older to order. By completing checkout you represent that your information is accurate and that you accept these Terms and our Refund Policy.
Each project is delivered to the scope confirmed at order. Changes to word count, language pairs, or content type after payment may require a supplemental quote. We notify you and obtain consent before any additional charges.
Timelines begin from receipt of complete source files. We confirm the delivery date in writing at project kickoff. If we anticipate a delay, we notify you at least 12 business hours in advance.
Revisions are included per package as specified. Revision rounds expire 60 days after delivery. Requests that substantially change the purpose or scope are treated as new work.
All submitted documents are treated as confidential. Translators sign NDAs before accessing client materials.
Upon full payment, all rights to translated content transfer to you. You retain all rights to your source documents.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
