Process

Four steps. The same approach on every project.

Domain matching is built into the first step. Timeline is committed at the end of step two. Delivery is on the confirmed date or we contact you in advance.

Step
01

Brief & Upload

Tell us the subject, audience, and purpose. Upload your files or send a text sample. We assess the specialist level required and confirm scope within the same business day.

Step
02

Translator Matching

We select a translator with verified expertise in your content type. Domain background is checked, not assumed. For highly technical content, we may ask the client for a terminology reference before starting.

Step
03

Translation & Review

Translation is produced by the specialist, then reviewed by a second reader with knowledge of the field. We catch terminology errors, style inconsistencies, and formatting problems before delivery.

Step
04

Delivery & Follow-up

Files delivered in your requested format on or before the confirmed date. We include a translation notes document for complex projects explaining key terminology decisions. Available for questions for 14 days post-delivery.

Your Role

What we need from your side

Complete source files

Send the full document when the project starts. Partial files change scope and timelines. A complete brief from the start means a fixed quote and a confirmed date.

One feedback contact

For revision rounds, feedback from a single person prevents conflicting direction. If multiple stakeholders are involved, please consolidate internally before sending.

Timely revision requests

Revision requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests after 60 days may require a new project quote depending on the scope of changes.

Fixed quote, same business day.
